Wagner Surveying strives to use our knowledge and integrity to strengthen our community
01
Integrity
Integrity is the cornerstone of professional land surveying: we commit to unwavering honesty and precision by conducting every measurement and boundary determination in strict accordance with laws and standards, reporting findings exactly as discovered without alteration or omission, disclosing conflicts of interest, refusing to certify work we did not perform or supervise, respecting historical evidence while correcting errors, and accepting full responsibility for our actions—because in our profession, the public’s trust, the security of property rights, and the enduring accuracy of every line we establish depend on a conscience that never compromises.
02
Community
Community is a core value in professional land surveying: we actively strengthen the places we serve by protecting property rights that underpin neighborhoods, supporting fair and peaceful resolution of boundary disputes, mentoring the next generation of surveyors, sharing knowledge with local stakeholders, volunteering time and expertise for public projects, and approaching every parcel—whether rural, urban, or suburban—as part of a larger human tapestry where accurate, ethical surveying fosters stability, trust, and a shared sense of belonging for generations to come.
03
Knowledge
Knowledge in land surveying is the foundation of accuracy, responsibility, and trust—guiding every measurement, boundary decision, and map that shapes how communities grow. It empowers surveyors to blend technical expertise with sound judgment, ensuring that land is understood, documented, and protected with precision and integrity. By continually learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and regulations, surveyors transform complex terrain into clear, reliable information that supports safe development, responsible stewardship, and the long-term well-being of the built environment.
